The tradition of the tribals themselves and the Asura tribals themselves states that all the Agariya and Asura men were slaughtered by the deceitful deception of Munda. However, in a legend it has been told that only one sister of those people survived and Agaria and Asura are tribals as the descendants of the only surviving woman.
Agarians are iron-melting and blacksmiths of central India. They are small in small landlords lying in Bilaspur, different in the Maikal mountain ranges and have different identity and distinctiveness, but the area can be seen from Dindori, to Netarhat. It is difficult to say. What is their actual number, but in the 1911 census, their number is 9500.
But in Agaria and Agharia, sometimes many people get confused, while Agaria smelters iron, their culture is different.
The word Agariya probably means people working with fire. Agnusura, the demon of the tribes born of Agni and Agni, the god of fire of Hindus, has its origin in astrology. Agia is actually a servant of Agni. Agrias do not form a uniform homogeneous tribal group based on their own small and simple customs, even names. They are divided into different sections and have no similarity or relationship among themselves, although they can be identified on the basis of the common presence, myth and technique.
